Goog11 (referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving eligible users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("user" or "you") of the goog11 website and app.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, decisions will be made in accordance with goog11's own policy.
• Goog11 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.
• If a technical error occurs in the betting system, all bets placed during that period will be reviewed.

Deposits and withdrawals on goog11 are supported through multiple mobile banking methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
